Native American Links

We know of four tribes that lived in our watershed before the white settlers came: the Tionantati, the Wyandotte (named "Huron" by the French, the name also given to the river itself), the Ojibwe (also known as the "Chippewa"), and the Potawatomi. It's sad that we know so little of these people who were Ana's people so long ago. In an attempt to help us learn about them, we present the followings links:
