Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Well there were no Rituals since last time. ADF Clergy Council is holding a retreat in October; I hope to be able to attend.

Asst. Sr. Druid - Rod Cox
The Summerlands festival was good, no one died. There was a good omen at the Ritual. I was one of the purifiers. Oh, and it was really hot.

Administrator - Jude Howison
We weren't marked as inactive by the Grove Organizing Committee, I must have gotten my dues to the office just in time. Since there was no attendance at Dedicant's Study group for the past couple of months, I would like to suspend it for October. (Rob suggests trying again in November after Samhain). If we still have no interest, then I will suspend it indefinitely.

Sorry, I've been slipping on the minutes again. I have everything I need and will get them done and posted to Rob as soon as possible.

The next issue of the newsletter will be our last print issue. The newsletter will be offered as a PDF on the website. This is being done as a cost cutting measure. We will print a few copies to be mailed to those folks who have no web access.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
Rod voted yes on the resources for the Liturgists Guild study program. The Magicians Guild is taking credit for no rain at Summerlands!

Healers - Rod Cox
Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)
I found an oak leaf shaped cookie cutter at Kroger.
We will try to shoot for the end of Sept. for a craft day.

Other Agenda Items

1. Election progress. -- Well, there have been no nominations as of yet so it appears that the current officers will be running uncontested.

2. Yule ritual site? Are we at the ICC again? -- Rob will contact ICC to get things set up.

3. Convocation this year? Did the Ritual get submitted? How big of a presence did we want? -- We need to ask for a day and time when there is not another Ritual going on. The slot we had last year had us competing with two other Rituals, one of which was very high profile. Rob will ask them for Saturday just before dinner.
