Senior Druid - Rob Henderson - absent in body
We made $31 at Pagan Pride Day, we still owe PPD $25.  Everything went well.

Asst. Senior Druid – Rod Cox
Summerland was nice.  There was a Sumbel and it attracted a good crowd.  There were around 40 to 50 people at the festival.  The highlight was Michael Dangler's ordination as a Dedicant priest.

Not much going on right now.  Rob reports that the quarterly report has been submitted.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- We need to get suns for the necklaces.  I'll ask Dot about PMC or I'll check to see if any are available on the Internet.

Other Agenda Items

1.    Election progress.
So far there have been no nominations.  Rob will check with the incumbents to see if they are all willing to be on the ballot this year.

2.    Yule ritual site?
The I.C.C. is all set up.  They did remind us that they do not permit candles to be burned in the building.

3.    How about earlier plans for Convocation this year?  Do we want to try to get a suite again?  Are we even going?
Rob checked with MEC.  The suite will run about $900.  I'll prepare a blurb for the newsletter.
