Called to order 7:20pm
Attending: Rob Henderson, Rod Cox, Jude Howison, Chuck Howison

Calendar as set with maybe the addition of a game night.

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson -- Not much going on. The quarterly report was submitted.

Administrator - Jude Howison -- This quarter's community service activity is River Round up. Also, there will be a Druid outing to the RenFest on Sat (18?).

Scribe - Jude Howison -- Minutes are a little behind.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox -- Everything is in order, see report.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak -- absent

Public Relations - (none)

Youth Activities Coordinator - (none)

Web Master - Rob Henderson -- Added 3 more things.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - Good turn out, there was a new person and her mom. We did energy work during Magicians.

Healers - Rod Cox - We worked on Runic Reiki for Healers.

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- absent

Other Agenda Items

1. Fund raising -(Can combine with Producer's Guild discussion.) Ideas for the Fall months? Samhain specific. Could get in newsletter.

We will encourage people to add the name of one of their ancestors to the Ancestors Board. Dot is working on some dolls to sell.

2. Winter ritual location, what with the closing of 7 Gen.

Rob will ask Sacred Path if we can use Hickory House.

3. Do we want to send a representation to the next MI Tribes meeting?

Rob may go if he is free.
