Called to order 7:45pm
Attending: Rob Henderson, Rodney Cox, Jude Howison,
Gen Stoyak, Chuck Howison
Officer Reports
Senior Druid - Rob Henderson - Spring Equinox ritual went well, there were 15 in attendance and the play went nicely. Don Botsford is in the hospital, I will try to check on how he is. I was trained as a team leader for the stream search and am happy to report that the streams I visited seem to be in good health. The quarterly reports are now up to date.
Administrator - Jude Howison - I'm very happy to hear that the reports are current. At the last ritual we had 2 guests from the local Lutheran college. It would be a nice idea if we spread the news to other colleges that may be interested in having students research neopaganism. The Dedicant Program study group had 2 new students last month.
Scribe - Jude Howison - Catching up on minutes is comming along. Two more months have been posted.
Pursewarden - Rod Cox - We balanced, but spent more than we earned.
Chronicler - Gen Stoyak - The chronicler is useless (hey she told me to say it!! She isn't really!) I have been having problems with my wordprocessor. Need submissions for the Shiney Late Newts.
Public Relations - Chuck Howison - I will look into the possibilty of getting word out to colleges. I will also make sure people are aware of the Dawn Beltain rite as well as the afternoon ritual.
Youth Activities Coordinator - (none)
Web Master - Rob Henderson - The website updating is going well. I looked into the Mystic Wicks hosting, it is too expensive at this time. Perhaps we can do a fund raiser to support the web hosting.
Guild Leader Reports
Magicians - Rod Cox - Had two in attendance at guild day.
Healers - Rod Cox
Warriors - Rod Cox
Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- We need to stir up
activity on the e-list.
