SLG Business Meeting

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Not much to report this month since I did not get to Convocation. Nationally, E-ballots are out for ADF. Anyone who wants to stop receiving paper ballots can go to the ADF website and opt out of paper.

Asst. Senior Druid - Rod Cox
Over all, Convocation went well. I was personally disappointed in the Ritual. Only about 20 people attended and there seemed to be something missing. It didn't help that it was up against 2 other high profile rituals in the same time slot.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Not much going on since last month.

Scribe - Jude Howison - Minutes are in. I'll check the website to see if you are missing any of the minutes I sent you.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We are getting very low on funds. See report for details.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
There is a newsletter due for Spring Equinox. I need articles submitted!!!!

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
Notices of the Ritual have been posted to as many lists as will allow. There is a 'new' Motor City Pagans list now.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
I have the newsletters up-to-date but Rituals are still behind. I think I have gotten all of the minutes I received posted.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
Rod and Jude were there for Guild Day.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox
ADF national Warriors Guild has been looking at bylaws revisions.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)
We didn't have a sale table at Convocation, so therefore no sales. Kallie donated some very nice ear cuffs for us to sell.
