SLG Business Meeting

March 7, 2006

Called to Order: 8:00 pm

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Not much going on. ADF national ballots have been sent out. Convocation went well, we got the suite. The rose sales went well. Newsletters were mailed late. I'm not sure if I sent the quarterly report or not, I'll check on that.

Asst. Senior Druid – Rod Cox
The Odin Ritual at Convocation was well accepted, there were 40 people in attendance.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Not much to report.

Scribe - Jude Howison
Still getting caught up.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We made $217 at Convocation.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
The newsletter was out for Imbolc, as usual I need articles for the next one!!!

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
I will get announcements out tonight or tomorrow about Spring Equinox. I will be sure to mention something about the egg decorating at Rod's on Friday.

Youth Activities Coordinator - Matt Tannehill
No report.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
No updates in the past month due to Convocation and work.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - 3 people came to Guild day this month.

Healers - Rod Cox - I will be teaching Run Valdr at Desert Magic.

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- We sold some T-shirts at Convocation, along with some catnip mice and 20+ roses. Dot reports that she will have the new Grove banner done by Wellspring.
