SLG Business Meeting

February 6, 2007

Called to Order: 7:35 pm

Attending: Rob Henderson, Rod Cox, Jude Howison, Gen Stoyak and Chuck Howison

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Imbolc went pretty well, the first omen indicated that we needed to focus more on the well aspects of Brid. I had suspected that this may be a problem when we were planning the Rite. Our Brideog was called on account of weather (I know, what wussies).

Asst. Senior Druid - Rod Cox
Ritual went well, no one died and we eventually got a good omen.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Rob reports that the quarterly report is in.

Scribe - Jude Howison
Due to computer problems, the minutes for last month are not ready and today's agenda is improvised. I hope to get this problem fixed soon since I am suffering email withdrawal.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We took in $0 last month and spent way too much. See report for details.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
no newsletter was due.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
I'm having difficulty posting to some lists due to anti spamming efforts. I will work on getting approved for posting announcements on as many lists as I can.

Youth Activities Coordinator

I have gotten a few things up on the site. I will try to get the Rituals up-to-date soon.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
no one came to Guild Day again.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox
The national guild is going over the bylaws.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)
nothing at the moment

Other Agenda Items

1. Convocation
Ritual planning, Room Party?, other activities?

We have no where near enough money for a suite and at this point it is doubtful that Rob and Gen will be able to attend. We will be able to present the Ritual, Rod will be in charge of running it.

We need 2 or 3 bottles of meade for the Ritual.

We need to get the Grove Banner to Rod.

2. Beltane Fundraising.
