SLG Business Meeting

December 5, 2006

Called to Order: 7:30 pm

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Yule preparations are coming along. We are all set up with the ICC, In ADF nationally, there is not much going on except for discussion regarding the core Ritual elements on the Liturgists list.

Asst. Senior Druid - Rod Cox - Not much to add.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Not much to add here either.

Scribe - Jude Howison
Minutes are all up to date. I will check on the web site to see if any missed getting to Rob.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We had a negative balance in the General Fund. There was obviously too much going out and not enough coming in. We may not be able to afford the Convocation Suite.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
We had an inquiry from a local book store regarding ad space. I looked back and indeed we do have a rate set for selling ad space. The owner also said that he could offer our members a discount.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison (absent)
Jude states: I'll poke Chuck with the shockey stick to get word out about the Ritual.

Youth Activities Coordinator - Matt Tannehill (absent)Rob will contact Matt to get him started asking parents what they would like to see in the children's program.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
All of the business meetings that I have received are posted.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
Not much going on. Jude and I were the only ones at guild day.
We need to set up some topics of discussion/activities to stir up interest.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)
We should see if we can set up a craft day at Dot's house before Convocation.

Other Agenda Items

1. Finalize calendar - We will meet on line on the LC list to finalize. We need to specifically look at Imbolc and Spring Equinox so that arrangements can be made at Friends.
