SLG Business Meeting

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Samhain went well, there were 23 people at the afternoon Ritual and 24 at the evening Ritual.  Interestingly there were not really any new faces.  The officer instillation went well and no one was struck by lightening or swallowed by the earth for another year.  The quarterly report has been submitted, so we are up-to-date with ADF.

Asst. Senior Druid - Rod Cox
Samhain went well, the omen at the afternoon Ritual was kinda strange and needed clarification.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Not much to report.  The library was closed on Nov. 11 for Veterans Day, so the Dedicant's meeting fell through.  I have not been able to contact the new person at the library for meeting rooms.  I'll ask Dot to see if she can reach them.

Scribe - Jude Howison
Minutes are up-to-date.  Not much else to report.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We are spending more than we are taking in.  See report for detail.

Rob is going to ask Matt to contact the Grove parents to see what they want in a children's program.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
I did get a web page put together for tracking donations for the Convocation suite.  I'll post a link for you and then will post it to the web site with your approval.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
Had a few folks at Guild day.  We discussed the Healer's Guild study program and the proposal to have group Warriors games at Trillium.

1.  Preparations for Convocation: Merchant, Producers, Ritual Planning?

Fund raising:  We need about $580 from the Grove to cover the suite.

We can possible sell wreaths

2. Calendar planning date.

Rob will post a calendar to the LC list by Nov. 21.
