SLG Business Meeting

November 8, 2005

Called to Order: 8:20 pm (OK it was me again)

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Samhain was OK. There were 25 at the afternoon Ritual and 18 at the Evening Ritual. There were many U.U. kids at the afternoon rite, they had some very good questions. There was not a lot of feed back from the folks at the evening rite. Our quarterly report is in!!

Asst. Senior Druid – Rod Cox
Ritual was OK, good omen.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Hey, I made it. Can’t think of anything else right now.

Scribe - Jude Howison
I will get caught up. (really!)

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We had some good income for the Ritual.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
There was a newsletter.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
As soon as we know where it will be the announcements will go out.

Youth Activities Coordinator - Matt Tannehill
No report.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
Still a little behind.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - People showed up for Guild day. The Guild Quarterly reports are in.
First circle Magician’s study program has gone to the C.O.L.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox
Discussion has finally shifted away from fashion.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- Will try to set up a craft day. Sundays work best.

Other Agenda Items

1. Winter ritual location. Are we set up for Yule?
Not yet. Rob will look into the ICC

2. Preparations for Convocation: Room, Merchant, Producers, Ritual Planning?
Our ritual has been approved. We don’t have a room yet. Planning has been tabled for now, perhaps work on in in early to mid January.

3. Calendar planning date.
It is proposed to use the Leadership Council list for calendar planning.
