Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Yule was well attended with 19 participants. Ritual went well. ADF national, there has been discussion on the leadership list about how to present the Dedicant Program.

Asst. Senior Druid - Rod Cox
Ritual went well, no one died, there was a good omen.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Ritual seemed to go well, the omen was good and most folks seemed pleased. We continue to try to raise money for a Convocation suite, so far the results have been disappointing.

I will hit Chuck with the shocky stick to get him to post more notices about rituals and such.

I unfortunately didn't get anything done this month.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox
no one attended Guild Day. On ADF national, there is a new preceptor for the Magicians guild and there has been a lot of discussion.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox
There has been a lot of discussion regarding group Warrior games at Trillium.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)

Other Agenda Items

1. Convocation
Ritual planning, Room Party?, other activities?

If we don't get enough money for a suite, (which seems likely at this point) Rob will offer his room for Grove use.

We are planning pretty much the same Ritual as last year but with more emphasis on Odin's sacrifices to gain knowledge and betterment.

2. Brideog preparations. Getting the word out for both places to visit and people to visit them.

There are at least 3 homes signed up for a Brideog visit.
