Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Fall Equinox Ritual went well with 25 persons in attendance.  This is more than is usual for this time of year.  At the national level, the Clergy Council has decided to leave it up to the Groves to decide whether praise offerings should be made to only the Deity of the occasion or to other Deities as well.  The Council is leaning toward only the Deity of the occasion.

Asst. Senior Druid – Rod Cox
I feel that Ritual went well also.

Administrator - Jude Howison
I don't have much to report.

Scribe - Jude Howison
I have the minutes all caught up, I just need to send them off to Rob.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
Everything balanced.  We lost money at Fall Equinox.  See report for details.  I will send  the bank statement to the leadership list prior to making a balance sheet.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
Hey, you got a newsletter at Ritual, be happy with it.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
Absent.  Rob reports that the Witch Vox listing for Samhain is up.

Youth Activities Coordinator - Matt Tannehill
Absent.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
Not much up since the last time.  I'm currently working on old newsletters.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - It was very lonely at Guild Day.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- Can we sell things at the ICC center for Yule?  Rob will ask about sales when he fills out the ICC paperwork.  (Gen) I would like to get the guild together for a meeting sometime before Yule.

Other Agenda Items

1.    Election progress.
We have not made quorum yet.  There have been no ballots in the mail.

2.    Plans for Convocation this year.  Do we want to try to get a suite again?  Fund raising ideas to pay for it.

We will need about $900 for the suite.  We need to get the word out in the newsletter and at each of the Rituals between now and then.  Rob will work up a tracking graphic on the web site.  Something like a tree with a thermometer on it might work.  Gen also feels that we can sell wreaths at Convocation.  The flowers seemed to be well received last year.

3.  Suns for the necklaces.
