SLG Business Meeting

October 5, 2004

Called to order 7:45pm
Attending - Rob Henderson, Rod Cox, Jude Howison, Gen Stoyak, Chuck Howison

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson - Fall Equinox Ritual went well, there were 17 attending. River Round up was very good. There was a good turn out and also good results. The streams seem to be in better health.

Administrator - Jude Howison - I'm hoping to stir up more interest in the DP study group.

Scribe - Jude Howison - Meeting minutes are still behind but I am getting caught up.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox - Report is not ready, but we're most likely spending more than we are taking in.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak - The newsletter got out on time. We may get another Shiny Late Newts out for Samhain.

Public Relations - (none) - Rob reports that the Samhain Ritual has been anounced on several lists.

Youth Activities Coordinator - (none) - We have been having more children attending rituals. A craft activity is planned for the afternoon Samhain Ritual.

Web Master - Rob Henderson - The web site is being updated.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - Good guild day, nobody died.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- I found a very good price on some malachite beads. My new shop is planning to have a small art gallery for local artists.

Other Agenda Items

1. Winter ritual location, what with the closing of 7 Gen.

Perhaps Friends meeting house, Rob will check with them. Every one else should also look for a place.

2. Do we want to send a representation to the next MI Tribes meeting?

Rob will go if he is available.
